Product Details

The steriliser works on the basis that saturated steam at high temperatures has a rapid and thorough bacterial activity. All models work on the idea of downward air displacement, which is the most cost-effective form of sterilising.

Construction

Triple walled steam jacket, with leak-proof argon welding, the inner chamber and steam jacket are composed of stainless steel. Lid S.S. is used to make this item. Ground levelling flanges are screwed to the autoclave, which is fixed on a tubular steel frame.

Pressure Control

All electrically operated sterilisers include a pressure control device. It saves energy by reducing the number of times the steam release valve is opened and preventing steam from entering the room.

Operating Pressure & Temperature

120° C sterilising temperature. 1.2 to 1.5 Kg/cm2 sterilising pressure (15 psi-20 psi).

Power: Suitable for use with a 440V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply.

Ultrasonic cleaners function by cavitating a fluid solution with high frequency sound waves, commonly pitched around 18 kHz. They are more efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional methods. Because ultrasonic cleaning isn’t always effective on its own, it’s occasionally used in conjunction with aqueous cleaning solutions. In either case, sound waves vibrate the fluid, causing cavitation and the formation of small bubbles. Cavitation causes tiny bubbles to form, which then erupt, eliminating particles from previously unreachable locations (ex. hidden parts, areas too narrow, grooves, etc.). This works because the explosion mimics a very precise and consistent cleaning operation.

All ultrasonic equipment, regardless of kind, is powered by three fundamental components: a transducer, a generator, and an immersion tank. The cleaner’s work begins with the transducer, which turns electricity into high-frequency sound waves to create cavitation, or bubble production, and is powered by the generator. As a technique of introducing sound waves, it can either be mounted to the tank or lowered into the fluid. An immersible transducer is a transducer that can be dropped straight into liquids. An ultrasonic conductive fluid, most often a hot cleaning solution, a water-based cleaning solution, or an evaporated and condensed solvent, is contained in the ultrasonic tank. The cleaning action is eventually performed by an agitated mixture of the fluid and the generated bubbles.

Ultrasonic cleaners are simple to operate. Simply place the items to be cleaned in the tank, turn on the system, and the cleaning process will begin. Control knobs or digital controls can be used to turn on the system. You can also vary the quantity and size of bubbles or collapse them entirely by adjusting sound wave frequencies. Because the frequency and the number of implosions are directly related, ultrasonic cleaning provides a high level of process control; higher frequencies are preferable for eliminating very minute particles.
